At Cradleve, your satisfaction and trust are our top priority. We take great care to ensure that every product you receive meets our high-quality standards. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns

Products can be returned within 3 days of delivery.

To be eligible, the item must be:

Unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received.

In its original packaging with all tags, labels, manuals, and accessories intact.

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products (like breastfeeding accessories, nipple shields, pacifiers, and feeding items) are non-returnable once opened, unless found defective.
2. Return Process

Write to us at support@cradleve.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Share your order number, product details, and reason for return.

Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or guide you on how to ship the product back.

Products returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
3. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or wrong product sent by us.
4. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

5. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
